went with a few friends. We got chicken tika masala and butter chicken with garlic naan as well as mango lassi. tika tasted pretty tomato-y but was still delicious nonetheless. the mango lassi was one of the best ones i've had. i was contemplating taking another one to go

This is my go to spot and has been for over 3 years. The service is great whether your dining in or taking out. My favorite dishes are the saag paneer, garlic naan, and tika masala. The sauces are rich and creamy. Paired with the moist garlic naan, my mouth is already watering.

Came here because a friend kept recommending the samosas to me. So I ordered the chicken and vegetable samosa. I also ordered the samosa chat. The samosas were $5 for two. The samosa chat was $7. It was my first time having samosa chat and I was surprised at what I got. The best way I can describe it is Indian vegetable nachos. Instead of tortillas it was the samosa. It was really good and actually surprised me. I wish the samosa was crunchier but I loved it. The samosas came out hot and sauces were provided for us. The samosa are good and for the size and price, no complaints from me. I will say I've had better vegetable samosas though. I don't think I'd get it again. I'd happily get the chicken samosa anytime though. All in all, this place was great. I plan to come back here in the future and try something else.

My go-to local spot for Indian take out! Desi always delivers quickly and the food is hot. I love their paneer makhani, paratha, and samosas. Sometimes a nice mango lassi on the side. Their food has great flavor and you can taste the spices in it, compared to some other local spots that tend to be bland or sweet. They also offer a ~$20 special with an app, an entree, and naan, which is a good deal! If you're looking to get your Indian food fix in Bushwick, give Desi a visit or order in!

I came here because I wanted samosas. I got 2 vegetable samosas and 2 chicken samosas. This was 10 total. They were amazing. They were full of the filling and really tasty. They were nice and crispy as well. The best samosas Ive had. The sauces they gave worked very well with it too. I would definitely get both of these again.

BYOB? in Brooklyn? an UNBELIEVABLE deal! i had been craving indian food for a few days now and Desi Grill DEFINITELY hit the spot. get the garlic naan when you come!!! we cleared our plates. will definitely be back!!!

Last minute spot for dinner . Completely worth it ! We ordered the Kaati wraps for our son who loved it ! I ordered the lamb vindaloo and my husband got the chicken tikka masala . Both spicy. It was the perfect spice level for heat and flavor . Looking for some Indian ? Come here . Highly recommend! The waitress was extremely friendly as well ! Will deftly come back again !

Highly highly recommend for those who always order chicken tikka masala. Definitely my neighborhood Indian spot! Disclaimer: I do not have experience with authentic Indian food, but I am a mild chicken tikka masala, mango lassi and garlic naan fiend. This chicken tikka masala hits the spot! The chicken has its own deep flavor, delivered in a rich, creamy, delicious curry. (Could not be further from watery, Trader Joe's chicken tikka masala mentioned in a very inaccurate review). + A huge serving of mango lassi and garlic covered naan. Will be back!
